Terms & Conditions
Offer Validity
The EOFY promotion on all listed design packages is valid for bookings made by June 30th, 2025. To secure the discounted price, a 50% deposit of the invoice must be paid by July 31st, 2025 and the full amount by September 30th, 2025.
Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% of the total package price is required upon booking to confirm the project schedule. The remaining balance must be paid in full by July 31st, 2025, to maintain the discounted rate. Failure to complete payment by this date will result in the standard pricing being applied.
Project Timeline
Project commencement will be scheduled upon receipt of the deposit and all necessary client materials. Timelines may be adjusted if client feedback or deliverables are delayed.
Scope of Work
All packages include the deliverables as outlined in the package descriptions. Additional services, revisions beyond the agreed rounds, or scope changes may incur extra fees, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
Platform Specifics
All website design and development projects under these packages will be delivered on the WordPress platform. Hosting, domain purchase, and ongoing maintenance are not included but can be arranged separately.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary content, images, and feedback promptly to avoid project delays. Delays caused by the client may affect the agreed timeline.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients will receive the rights to their final brand assets and website design. SOS Designs retains the right to showcase the work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise requested.
Cancellation & Refunds
All deposits are non-refundable. This secures your project in the SOS Designs calendar and covers initial prep and planning. If a project is cancelled by the client after the deposit has been paid, no refunds will be issued.
In the unlikely event that SOS Designs needs to cancel the project, a full refund will be provided.
Liability
SOS Designs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered materials or website. Clients are responsible for ongoing website backups and security.

By booking an EOFY package, clients agree to these terms and conditions as well as our standard Terms & Conditions listed here.
