We like to keep it simple. You’ll make a 50% non-refundable deposit on your project total to secure your booking and get the creative started. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
Websites are a little different to our standard artwork terms. You’ll make a 50% non-refundable deposit on your project total to secure your booking and get the creative started. Once the Web Structure and Layout are approved, an additional 30% is due.
The remaining 20% is due upon project completion when the site is approved to go live.
Packages are a little different to our standard artwork terms. You’ll make a 50% nonrefundable deposit on your project total to secure your booking and get the creative started. Once the Logo Design, Branding items and Web Structure and Layout are approved, an additional 30% is due. The remaining 20% is due upon project completion when the site is approved to go live.
While we love meeting clients face to face, it is not necessary and we are happy to do it all by email and phone. Brand consultations (even within packages) are paid prior to the meeting ($99) and if you proceed with a package over the value of $650, this is then deducted from the package invoice.
We consider a revision round to be any single list of constructive feedback, revisions, or changes following a presentation. Each package includes the standard number of revisions that we’ve found to be effective in delivering a great product to our clients. In the rare case that you might want additional revision rounds, we’ll ask if you’d like to add it to your project invoice at a prorated rate.
